Using DraftLaunch

• You may upload Word documents you own or have rights to process.
• You are responsible for reviewing exported content before publishing.
• We may update or suspend features at our discretion.

Payments and entitlements

• Single-use credits allow one export download; subscriptions provide ongoing access while active.
• Stripe test mode is used during early access. Charges may appear as test transactions.
• We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of abuse, fraud, or unpaid invoices.

Intellectual property

DraftLaunch retains ownership of the platform. You own the content you upload and the exports we generate for you.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DraftLaunch.
